We work with the world’s leading lens manufacturers such as Zeiss, Shamir, Hoya and U.S. Optical. Our on-site lab allows us to create your glasses to our exacting standards, with less wait time and more quality control than outsourced labs. We pride ourselves on our unique measurement techniques that ensure your glasses are customized to you, your lifestyle, and your needs.

refurbishing

We are happy to do adjustments as well as nosepad and screw replacements and other minor fixes. Tougher repairs such as soldering are done off-site by seasoned professionals.

We understand that all frames take a certain amount of abuse. For your well-loved frames, we can erase the dings and oxidation that comes from frequent wear, as well as provide precious metal plating and replacing crystal accents when necessary. We carry a selection of non-prescription sunglass lenses in stock, and can replace your scratched lenses quickly. Some of our favorite times in the lab have been refurbishing Grandpa’s old aviators and Grandma’s funky cat-eyes! Please reach out for an estimate, as all repairs are priced on a case-by-case basis.

Life is too short to wear boring glasses! Most of the time, we are content with clear lenses in our spectacles and three basic color selections for our sunglass lenses. We have over 100 examples of custom tints and will work tirelessly to bring color to your life. Whether you want to hide your eyes, shine a little blush on your cheekbones, or correct a color deficiency, we are here to help you!

While we pride ourselves on our curated frame collection, sometimes we need to look further outside the box. We work closely with several frame manufacturers that create tailored or custom frames. From those who struggle to find larger frames to the eclectic folks who want to make a one-of-a-kind statement, we are happy to work hand in hand with you to make your glasses dreams come true.

We are also able to modify existing frames in-house. We can install nosepads into plastic frames that sit too low on your bridge, turn a shiny finish into a matte work of art, change the shape of your rimless spectacles or create a pair of magnetic clip-ons for style and versatility.
