Phil, a third generation optician, is the creator of Eyes On Fifth. He is a licensed California spectacle dispenser and fellow in the National Academy of Opticionary. His passion for unique eyewear is evident in the fabulous selection and his thinking "The impossible takes a day longer". David Keith is an optician and artist of eyewear. He has worked for Phil Harris at Eyes On Fifth for over ten years. For David, it is really about the art. The art of repurposing, the art of creating custom eyeglass frames and the art of caring for your things. The concept of quality over quantity is apparent in Keith’s business... SPEXWAX wherein unplayable vinyl records of all genres and colors are given new life being crafted into unique wearable frames.
