Refunds / Exchanges

Eyes On Fifth does not accept returns on prescription and non-prescription frames and lenses. All sales are final. We will happily exchange unused frames that are in new condition within 14 days from the initial purchase. Please have proof of purchase available. 

Warranties

Eyes On Fifth honors all manufacturer's warranties. Please ask for the specific warranty details when purchasing and the team will provide all details.
